Scale of sales fees
With regard to the application of the Alur law (ministerial decree of 10.03.2017) you will find below our fees for our Real Estate Transactions activities:
• Real estate transactions
The real estate agency's negotiation fee is calculated on the sale price as shown below:
| From 0 € up to 30 000 € | 8 % |
| From 31 000 € up to 60 000 € | 7,5 % |
| From 91 000 € up to 150 000 € | 6,5 % |
| From 151 000 € up to 760 000 € | 6 % |
| Above 760 000 € | 5 % |
These rates include VAT at the rate of 20%.
Our fees are payable by the seller.
The fees include marketing, visits, negotiations and the preparation of the sales file.
